An article was published in the Atlanta Journal Constitution entitled, “Nothing Official”. David Montanye, an engineer with the Department of Transportation, reported that after speaking to the state engineer to determine its authenticity, the decision was made to remove the sign. “It appears authentic, but it isn’t”.
