Prior to the reunification of Germany there were different forms of green crossing men symbols used in the two German states. The symbols originating in the “former” East Germany were particularly distinctive. In contrast to the generic human figure used in West Germany. Our idea was to have the two small green gentlemen meet in the street. (It might not be a coincidence that the east man was kicked over so quickly) |
